Small batch production

Low MOQ clothing manufacturer in Turkey

You don't need thousands of pieces to launch your collection. Start with a single sample, produce a small first batch made to your own design, and reorder your best sellers in larger runs with the same team.

  • Start with a single sample
  • Around 50–70 t-shirts per color from one roll of stock fabric
  • Made to your design, with your own labels
  • Grow to 10,000+ pieces per style

Our minimums, explained

Minimums come from how fabric and trims are bought, not from a fixed rule. The minimum applies per design and per color.

What you chooseTypical minimum
Stock fabricWhat one roll of fabric yields: for a t-shirt, around 50 to 70 pieces per color
Fabric dyed in your exact color (knitted)Usually at least 200 kg of fabric per color
Fabric dyed in your exact color (woven)Usually 500 to 750 meters of fabric per color
Zippers, buttons or trims made with your logoUsually from around 1,000 pieces
Pattern making and sampling onlyNo minimum: one sample is enough

For new brands we can sometimes go lower after reviewing the design. We confirm your exact minimum once we know the style, fabric and colors.

What about "no MOQ"?

"No MOQ" usually means print on demand or blank garments from stock with your logo printed on them. That works for testing a logo, but you don't choose the fabric, the fit or how the garment is made.

When a garment is cut and sewn to your own design, there is always some minimum, because the fabric has to be bought and production has to be set up. That is why we start you with a single sample and keep your first run as small as your fabric allows.

How small batch production works

  1. 01

    Send your design

A sketch, a photo, a reference garment or a tech pack. We tell you which fabric and minimum fit your plans.

  2. 02

    Pattern and sample

We make your digital pattern and a sample in about 2 weeks on average. Samples are paid and deducted from your order.

  3. 03

    First small batch

After you approve the sample, production usually takes 2–4 weeks. We confirm the date in your quote.

  4. 04

    Reorder and grow

Reorder what sells in larger runs, up to 10,000+ pieces per style, with the same pattern and the same team.

How to keep your first order small

  • Choose a stock fabric, so your minimum depends on a roll of fabric, not on a dye batch.
  • Start with one or two colors per style, since the minimum applies to each color.
  • Keep branding simple at first and add trims with your logo once quantities grow.
  • Send your own fabric or trims if you already have them. That is no problem at all.
  • Order a sample first and check the fit and fabric before you order any quantity.

Frequently asked questions

What is your minimum order quantity?+

With a stock fabric, the minimum per design and color is what one roll of fabric yields: for a t-shirt, around 50 to 70 pieces. The exact number depends on the style. For new brands we can sometimes go lower after reviewing the design.

Does the minimum apply per style or per color?+

Per design and per color. One style in two colors means two rolls of fabric, so keeping to one or two colors at first keeps your order small.

Can I order less than 50 pieces?+

Very small runs are sometimes possible from stock fabrics after we review your design. Send us your design and quantity and we'll tell you honestly what is possible.

Is the price per piece higher for small orders?+

Yes. Setting up cutting and sewing takes almost the same effort for 50 pieces as for 500, so unit prices are higher for small quantities and go down as your orders grow. We explain this clearly in your quote.

Do you offer print on demand or blank garments?+

No. Every piece is made to your design, in the fabric and fit you choose, with your own labels.

Can I order only a pattern and a sample?+

Yes. Pattern making and sampling can be ordered on their own, before you commit to production. The patterns are yours and we can deliver them as DXF files.

Can I use certified fabrics in a small batch?+

Often, yes. OEKO-TEX certified fabrics are usually available from stock, so normal minimums apply. GOTS certified organic fabrics are not always in stock; if they have to be made specially, minimums are higher.
