The Clothing Production Process in Turkey: From Tech Pack to Delivery
25 October 2026

Knowing the steps ahead helps you plan your launch date and your budget. This is how a production runs with us, from the first message to the boxes at your door.
1. Your design and the details list
Everything starts with what you want to make: a tech pack, sketches, reference photos or a garment you like. If you only have images, our free tech pack builder turns them into a tech pack in about 10 minutes. We go through the details with you: fabric, construction, sizes, colours, prints and labels. A clear details list is what makes every later step faster.
2. The sample offer
You receive an offer for the sample stage, one price per style for the digital pattern, grading, sourcing and the sample. You can accept it online, and sign the terms or a mutual NDA online too. The sample fees are paid in advance.
3. Fabric and trims
Sourcing starts together with the digital patterns. We propose fabric and trim options from our certified supplier network and send you the swatches by courier for approval.
4. Pattern and sample: about 2 weeks
Once the approved fabric and trims arrive, the digital pattern and the sample take about two weeks. One sample is made per pattern and sent to you for the fitting.
5. Fitting and corrections
You try the sample on and send us your comments, with photos if something is off. Up to two rounds of pattern corrections are included. Once you approve the sample, it becomes the reference for production.
6. The production offer
You get one price per piece, fabric included, for your quantities. Production is paid 50% to start and 50% before the goods leave. If you order within three months of approving the sample, the sample making fee is deducted.
7. Production: usually 2 to 4 weeks
Fabric is ordered, cut and sewn, and quality is checked before shipping. You receive photo updates along the way. The exact date is confirmed in your production offer, because it depends on the quantity and on when the fabric arrives.
8. Labels, packing and shipping
Your garments are labelled and packed as agreed and shipped to your country. Customs duties and import taxes are paid on arrival by the importer.
How long does it take in total?
Plan for about two weeks for the pattern and sample once the approved fabric is in, plus the time to ship the sample to you and fit it. Production then usually takes two to four weeks, plus the fabric lead time and shipping. Starting with a clear tech pack is the easiest way to save time.
